February 28th, 2010 Gavin J. King No comments

People are used to hearing about electronic services being promoted by tele-seminars, but that is not their only use. You business depends on advertising for it’s success and using a tele-seminar to do this makes a lot of sense. You can hunt and peck trying to find a great way to market your business, or you can use the same methods that have yielded so much success to so many others. The most convenient way to set up registration is through a website.

Once you have reached a comfortable number of registered users you can send an e-mail advising them of the time and date of the tele-seminar. This e-mail can include the telephone number and pass code the user must use to log into the seminar.

Showing courtesy by starting your tele-seminar on time is a must. Structure for it is easy. Always start out by introducing yourself and listing your qualifications, then introduce any guests you have. Using this platform allows you to demonstrate or advertise your services to your guests. You could talk about price, the benefits of owning the good, and how the consumer could obtain the product.

Ideally you would allow anyone with any feedback to speak so you can use their feedback in further product development. This practice will reveal to you exactly what users are getting from using your program. They will tell you your price may be high or low. You may even learn additional features that people will pay extra money for.

The possibilities are obviously extended past any net-based product or service to include conventional goods. Given that you have a receptive an interested audience of voluntary attendees, making sales and closing deals is easy. With a captive audience your sales numbers will jump through the roof and fuel your next few steps. Seeing the power of the internet for advertising your business will bring focus to your advertising. Introducing a whole new service line can be costly and using a tele-seminar before you do may save you thousands. You will find that there is no better way to relay information to your customers.

Gone are the days of over the phone sales, because tele-seminars focus the attendees on sales channels and drive them to purchase at once. You can get your message out to the masses with just one teleconference.

Why To Do A Teleseminar- The Painless Way!

February 6th, 2010 Gavin J. King No comments

Making money on your teleseminar is not as hard as you think is, especially once you learn these strategies that will help. Your experience level is not as important as your level of organization during the teleseminar. To make the most of your teleseminar you really need to create an outline of your information and organize it so it makes sense. Using your outline will help you to keep track of the information you have covered and establish a pace for your tele-seminar.

Partitioning your outline into chunks, then recording teleseminars concerning those topics makes selling them easy and you can even give them away as bonuses. Compiling your recorded teleseminars into a video series that you can resale easily makes your product creation process a snap. You will notice that many of the people who tuned in for the teleseminar will also want to buy the video series as an extra guide.

Teleseminars are actually being integrated into regular training plans and being used to make training between departments and divisions easier. Even if your business is not a mega corporation, you can still use the same techniques to train your employees, or have customers pay for the same information.

Using a teleseminar will not be affected by your niche either due to the fact that you can train either staff or affiliates with one. For expediency sake, let’s say you have a video series designed to help wait staff increase the tips through improving service. After completing your outline you just record a teleseminar on each category of the training topic. Make your video series as logical as possible by starting with the most essential information and getting into the more advanced stuff later.

After you are all done with your videos just put them all together in a series, then you can sell them to restaurant and cafe managers anywhere to help them train their waitresses and waiters.

Free Webinars: How To Let Your Services Grow With Them

January 21st, 2010 Stephen Beck No comments

I recently discussed the four types of webinars. Model number two centers around offering a free webinar to promote your services. This is perfect if you are offering a difficult product for sale. This is the type of webinar where you are teaching your viewers things they do not know by taking an educational approach. It gives you a chance to offer your services if they do not want to deal with the problem themselves. The mortgage industry is an example of where this type of webinar will work perfectly.

Using the example above, you can teach people how to do their taxes and probate on your webinars. You may even teach them how to choose a qualified professional. After you have taught them what has to be done, then the next step will be to offer your services to get this done for them. You will have to be just as qualified as what you have described. You can give them a general guide of 10 things that they will need to know when choosing a best person to work with. Your competitors may meet five of these. However, you must ensure that you have the skills and expertise to meet all 10.

Every now and again new rules and regulations pop up, and these can be used as another teaching strategy in your webinars. For tax attorneys one lucrative topic that could be taught would be how to tackle one’s taxes. The “How-to Webinar” can be used by a tax attorney each tax season to teach people about the new rules and regulations that are now active. They will see all the stress that is involved in getting this done, and then he can offer his services as a way of helping his viewers out of this stress.

“How-to Webinars” are not being used as much in service-related industries. The truth is that this is one area that could really use webinars. Webinars can be used to educate people about setting up an appointment, making sales, and many other areas in the service industry.

Who are the professionals who could benefit from webinars? This can range from investors trying to promote their services or even those who are trying to sell under-valued property to buyers. Professionals in the health-care industry who want to teach their prospects about certain issues are also possible users of this tool. They would then try to establish contact by having a meeting with the people they have taught.

People nowadays do not know about the different insurance plans that are on the market. Insurance salesmen who are interested in expanding their services can easily explain the different plans that are on the market for different people. Once the webinar is finished, he could then offer a free one-on-one session to help those who are curious to find out more and to help them identify the best plan on the market for them.

I think that one-on-one consultation is very important. This type of strategy is needed in some industries. In a webinar, viewers receive the necessary training, and from there you make individual connections. Only people who are really interested in buying the product will get the opportunity to have one-on-one appointments.

Webinars can also benefit non-profit agencies. The webinar would be used as a way to introduce them to potential donors and then after the webinar is finished, these same donors can be showed a website to make relevant contributions. Do you see all the doors and opportunities that you can open just with the use of free “How-to Webinars”?

Webinar Strategy – Four Ways to Promote Your Business

January 8th, 2010 Stephen Beck No comments

A webinar can be a great way to promote your product or service. There are four major types of webinars, and each can be effective, depending on the goals for your webinar. Each webinar strategy is detailed below.

In the first webinar strategy, you present a free webinar that gives valuable information to your viewers. Provide information on a topic that viewers want to know about. This will attract them to your webinar. Once you have your captive audience, do not skimp on quality. Give them the content they have been seeking. By doing this, it will be easy to make the push for your goods or services at the end of your webinar. You have already given them something of value, so it will be easy for them to see how paying you for your product will bring even more value to their lives!

The second webinar strategy should be used when selling a service for a slightly more complex topic. You will want to educate your viewers on the various parts of the process and what is required of them to do it. After this informational portion, you will explain how you are able to make this process easier for them. Now that they have a clear understanding of what the process entails, they will be excited to hire someone who can help them do it.

The third webinar strategy uses the free webinar to hook viewers into purchasing webinar classes. If provide enough information in your free webinar, you will be sure to intrigue them. Make them realize that by purchasing further courses they will have access to even more of your knowledge and expertise.

In the fourth webinar strategy, you do the same webinar numerous times. The difference is that you will present the webinar to different groups of people each time. Every presentation is a fresh opportunity to land sales. This continuous push for your product will ensure a constant stream of new potential clients for your business.

Now that you are familiar with the various types of webinar strategies, you can choose the one that is right for you. By selecting the strategy that is best for your business, you are sure to increase sales and find success!

Preselling Secrets Using Teleseminars

December 22nd, 2009 Gavin J. King No comments

For those of you who may not know, teleseminars are one of the best tools you can use to roll out your newest products or services. Using a website for the foundation of your marketing is a great idea, but you have to have a way to sell your products to clients, not just show them. Any number of several great ideas could be used for this. It is hard to personally connect with web users through a website. The web site may not have generated the kind of interest needed.

The way it works is one person will determine a time and date for the conference call to take place. Affiliate networks, websites and direct emails can be great ways to get the word out about the time and topic of your teleconference. The whole purpose here is to drum up as much interest as possible.

Once there are enough people who have registered for the tele-seminar, an access number and code is issued. The people who have registered for the seminar must use this number and code to access the conference call.

The conference call can be any length. The host is the person who set up the teleconference call. The guests are the registered users who have dialed the number and entered the access code. The guests cannot attend if you do not make sure they have the access code.

There are times when the information is offered for free. When it isn’t about your products, or you are giving attendees something of great value, you can charge an attendance fee. It really depends on your approach in the conference. Many Internet gurus have learned that by holding a tele-seminar they could generate interest in a new product.

As you present your the capabilities and value of your product, you create a buzz. Add in your incentivized offer and tell them the URL to purchase and off they go. In this kind of setup, the teleconference would be free. This is an exciting new way to generate more income on the Internet. More and more people are taking advantage of this type of advertising. You can find a wide variety of companies offering teleconference services now too. Most are very cost effective. But, you can spend as much as you want on the best services.

At Long Last Info Harvesting Software That Anyone Can Use!

December 5th, 2009 Gavin J. King No comments

Numerous business enterprises exist on tips to develop clients and customers. Today, growing those lists may be a different feat. Many A lines of work maintain a detailed list of every recent clients and can follow up with those clients at whim, only this can be misplaced or stole so it has a really quixotic facet.

Then businesses just believe that word of mouth is adequate to acquire their clientele so they work hard to provide the strongest servicing desiring that individuals will recall them while they are talking about matters with their friends.

Numerous Different business sector individuals fall back to high technology methods to grow a lead list to generate business from. At Present Numerous people would say this is an pestering form of plaguing selling, but in reality it is merely the aggressive, dog eat dog sort of merchandising any business can do. To “scrape” information from web sites for reaching about extending goods to their business.

The simplest manner, by far to scrape data from any site is to use a computer program named Mozenda to do every of your data collecting for you. Mozenda will extract aggregate listings from extraordinary pages and accumulate it all into one convenient file for you to use it however you choose to.

I of late used it to accumulate a list of real estate managers in Dallas, Texas so I could get hold of them to try to sell a servicing I proffer to them. Mozenda plucked their business location for me in a matter of moments and wrote it to a CSV file so I could upload it into my contact manager.

This literally preserved days of personally thumbing through and through the internet pages of the yellowpages site to reach all of them one at a time. Not to note, Mozenda is cheap.

I am not a representative of the company in any way. I just wanted to tell you about a program that I am very satisfied with!

What Goes Into Hosting Your Own Teleseminar?

December 3rd, 2009 Gavin J. King No comments

The internet has made more millionaires than nearly every other invention on the face of the earth, with the possible exception of the stock market. People have quickly made small fortunes selling everything from instructional and education books to entertainment DVD’s and CDS. People have even made money telling you how you could profit off of the newest wave of technological development.

There are many ways to market a new product. One of the most successful marketing campaigns has become the tele-seminar. There are very few people who do not know what a seminar is. There are very few people who know what a tele-seminar is. This method of marketing has become one of the most profitable ways to introduce new products. The Internet gurus are finding that they can establish their credibility.

After building your credentials and experience up with your attendees, it will be a no brainer for them to purchase your products or services. Some people are a little intimidated by the prospect of putting on their own teleseminar, but I hope you understand it isn’t that big of a deal. You start by determining the time and date of the event and allowing your marketing avenues to disseminate that information. It is really just a teleconference that you are leading, so if you are prepared enough, it isn’t anything big.

The purpose of the teleseminar is to create a massive amount of interest in your product and to stampede them toward purchasing it at a certain set point. The attendees just register to attend, and sometimes you may want to charge a premium for attendance. After that they use their access code after calling the designated phone number and then can listen to the information. If you direct them to useful info, you can justify charging a fee for attendance. Otherwise, you may simply want to market your product through website promotion.

Your time is valuable so be aware of the clock and don’t donate your time trying to get extra sales with an otherwise unresponsive audience. Once you present your product and your primary bonus, you may want to present one more bonus and wind it up right after that. Be prudent with not only your money, but your time as well.

Depending on your platform, you will want to charge for attendance or not. The real basis for charging any money for attendance is that you would be giving something that costs you to offer. If it is just an e-book or something like that, you may want to increase your value to include a set of instructional videos or something of that sort.

If you are simply conducting the teleseminar to drive traffic to your sales page, then you will probably not want to charge an entrance fee. You are basically getting a relatively captive audience that you are presenting to so to charge an additional fee may seem excessive to many people.

How To Use A Live Webinar To Explode Your Business

September 29th, 2009 Stephen Beck No comments

Although the entertainment value is a major component of what draws people to the novelty of webinars, there are many other reasons why webinars make such worthwhile events.

One reason why webinars work so well is because they are one of the few types of events where you can capture uninterrupted attention from your prospects. If you have a product that requires explanation to be sold, this is a perfect way to get that explanation. A newspaper ad or TV ad will not get the job done. Getting your prospects on a webinar is what will close the deal for you.

Another reason why webinars are so impressive is that webinars are interactive. You get immediate feedback. For example, the first thing I do when I start a webinar is to ask my listeners if they can hear me. I will get immediate responses with people telling me that they can hear me just fine. I can ask for other feedback just as easily. So you can ask for immediate feedback, which is extremely helpful because you can target your material accordingly if needed.

Polls are another great feature of webinars. I can make up any questions I want and poll my audience and then display the results to them immediately. This is a fun and interactive way to get your listeners involved and engaged during your webinar. As you conduct a poll you can actual see the percentage of your listeners who are participating in your poll. Sometimes I play up the poll by telling my listeners that I have responses from 53% of them and I am going to close the poll in about 10 seconds if they want to respond. It is amazing to see the results pour in. After I close the poll, I can then show the results to my listeners to make this even more interactive. All of this is of course in real time.

I run a business that sells information products online so I ask my customers what their challenges are in doing the same thing. Many of the more common challenges I hear on my live webinar deal with technology related issues, a need for more ideas, a lack of time and a lack of direction. By taking the time out to ask this question, I can cover how to address these challenges on my webinar. This makes my webinar more effective. It also gives me an idea as to where my audience is and how I can cater to them more specifically.

A webinar is one of the best events you can conduct. I can see the major difference that it has made in my personal business and I believe if you schedule a live webinar for your business it will make a difference also.
